To win The New Lion (15/8)
Unbeaten in four starts and recently purchased by J P McManus for over £1,000,000 but stays with the Skelton team. Cruised to win the Grade 1 Challow Hurdle at Newbury where he was barely squeezed along in December. Hugely exciting prospect and has been names as potentially the best Dan Skelton has had. Major Player.
Each-way Sixmilebridge (16/1)
Won 2 minor events in the winter on heavy and good to soft, picked up a competitive Grade 2 here in January beating Potters Charm comfortably by 8 lengths. Won that ahead of some nice horses, could have improvement in the tank.

1st place £112,540

Our selection for the race
To win Ballyburn (11/10)
High class hurdler who won the Tuners Novices' Hurdle last year, 2 wins from 3 over fences only losing to Sir Gino where he was out speeded. Jumping can lack fluency at times but he picked up the Ladbrokes Novices Chase at Leopardstown last month, he has a stout pedigree so that gives hope he will stay and is the one to beat but his jumping could easily lose him the race.

To win Impose Toi (8/1)
1st, 2nd and 3rd in 3 hot handicaps last term and was not seen after January. Had stamina doubts coming into the season but instantly put them to bed when winning at Newbury very well when reeling in the leader late on. Reliable sort and they now add headgear, could have more to give.
Each-way Al Gasparo (16/1)
All 3 wins he has made all over hurdles, ran poorly and disappointed here in October on handicap debut, followed that win his career best run at Leopardstown at Christmas when winning a 20 runner handicap under a 5 pound claimer got put up in the weights but is only 6 and could have improvement.

To win Stumptown (11/4)
Good handicapper over regulation fences and has won 3 from 4 cross country races he has ran. Won twice over about 3 miles on the banks at Punchestown then comfortably seen of Mister Coffey over course and distance in December, 8 pound higher in the weights and the addition of cheekpieces are interesting.
Each-way Latenightpass (14/1)
Former Point-to-point and Hunter chaser who won over course and distance last season. placed here behind Mister Coffey and Stumptown in December, will like the forecasted faster ground, can play a big role.

Our selection for the race
To win Jonbon (10/11)
The Champion 2 mile chaser, acts on any ground. New powerhouse of this division and put Energumene in his place at Ascot in the Clarence House Chase. There is not much to say about him he is by far the best 2 miler chaser on the planet and will take a world of beating.
16:40 Debenhams Johnny Henderson Grand Annual Challenge Cup Handicap Chase

Chase Turf, Grade 3 Handicap Class 1
Runners 20
Distance 2 miles
Going Good to soft
1st place £84,405

Our selections for the race
To win My Mate Mozzie (6/1)
Frequently runs big races in these types of big handicaps and knocks on the door a lot. 3rd at Royal Ascot and in the Galway hurdle. Ran another huge race when 2nd by 7 lengths behind An Peann Dearg at Leopardstown last month after a break. High on the list with his strong Cheltenham record.
Each-way General Madrano (16/1)
Good 2nd on his reappearance at Haydock then easily went one better at Newbury seven days later then ran a below par 4th but soon bounced back when a good 2nd at Doncaster last time. Will be ridden cold out the back hoping to come late and pick them off.
